Baxter Warne’s Encore Programs provide assistance to executives at critical points in their professional life, through the process of Career Transition.  Whether the individual is contemplating change or has been displaced, this process is essential to them to ensure they stay in control and to maximise their chance of finding a position which aligns who they are, what they believe and what they would like to do.

Our programs integrate evidence-based positive psychology theory and in particular, draws from the ideas of Martin Seligman.  We have selected from the best tools and processes developed by the world’s leading management schools and crafted them into a highly effective program for Australian individuals and organisations.  Our focus is on helping individuals discover and develop their strengths and recognise when they are most energised, engaged and fulfilled.  We believe it is by realising when their work is meaningful and purposeful to themselves that those individuals can shine and thrive – making them eminently more employable.

Starting with the 'Strengths Profile' and an introduction to 'Designing Your Life', we work through every aspect of a candidate’s presentation in our '10 Steps to Success' and culminating in our '100 Day Plan'.

We have recently made our 'Encore Program' even more accessible and cost effective by staging the process in three distinct stages, 'Introduction to Makeover', 'Makeover' and the 'Full Encore'.  Each step is uniquely tailored to each participant's circumstances.

'Makeover' is available as an introduction to 'the real you’.  It is an abbreviated version of 'Encore' and consists of the following services:-

 

Option 1      Introduction to Makeover

​

• Strengths Profiling and Debrief

• Introduction to Designing Your Life

  • Determining where you are now and where you want to be, identifying dysfunctional beliefs, wayfinding, understanding the transition process and radical collaboration

• Introduction to State of Mind

• Introduction to our 10 Steps to Success – including the StepJump Career Transition program

• Full CV Makeover + 5 Hours intensive one-on-one personal coaching and mentoring with our Principals.

 

Option 2      Makeover

• Complete Introduction to Makeover

• Additional 10 hours of mentoring concentrating on the 10 Steps to Success program with multiple job applications

• Introduction to State Of Mind

• Introduction to Thrive

• Expires after 15 hours or 3 months from commencement

 

 

Option 3     Full Encore

​

Encore is the full service offering with all the features of Makeover but in greater detail and adding one-on-one personal coaching and mentoring for a period of six months or until you have secured a new position, whichever is the sooner.  

• Strengths Profiling and Debrief

• Introduction to Designing Your Life

  • Determining where you are now and where you want to be, identifying dysfunctional beliefs, wayfinding, reframing and understanding the transition process, introduction to radical collaboration

• Introduction to State of Mind

• Guidance through all the 10 Steps to Success and StepJump

• Thrive extension program (completion of Makeover a pre-requisite)

• Extension mentoring through Twelve Rules of Life

• Total of 30 hours intensive one-on-one personal coaching and mentoring with our principals

• Expires after 30 hours or six months from commencement

 

 

Notes - Important Conditions:

1. Under Encore, the coaching and mentoring services will be available to until the allocated hours have expired or six months from the date of your signing the Encore Agreement.   Following completion of your personalised Encore Program, you may elect to continue the personal mentoring on a casual basis by agreement at $330.00 per hour.

2. Your Encore Program is designed to optimise a candidate’s prospect of success in gaining employment.   While we cannot guarantee a successful conclusion, by working as your partner and by following our processes, we will significantly improve your chances of a successful outcome.

3. With your approval, we reserve the right to accept a placement fee for introducing candidates to our network clients which adds an extra positive dimension to your options.
